About Ron Kagan

Ron Kagan,
SR. Loan Officer

CA DRE# 01842357, NMLS# 233591

I am a licensed California Real Estate broker, a Washington broker, and I hold an Oregon Loan Originators license as well. I have been in consumer lending for over 32 years, spending the last thirteen years in the mortgage industry. Most of my business (82%) comes from repeat customers and referrals due to the strong relationships I have grown and maintained with my past clients and business partners. With many years in the industry and a wide range of experiences, I have the expertise and experience to assist my clients every step of the way.

For most of us, the purchase of a home is the largest financial commitment we will make and usually our largest monthly payment. I strive to help my clients understand that their home is also a valuable financial tool and can ultimately help them achieve their dreams and plans they have for the future. From first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, I have the right mix of loan products to accommodate most of the needs of my clients.

I have been married for 33 years to my best friend, Diane. We have a grown son, Alexander, a five-year-old granddaughter, Katarina, and a three- year-old grandson, Miles. When I am not working, I like to fish, travel, watch classic films, and perform volunteer work. I am currently an active member of the Greater Antelope Valley Association of Realtors, National Association of Mortgage Brokers and the California Association of Mortgage Professionals, a volunteer for the National Mortgage Network, a non-profit organization, a Lifetime Member of Kiwanis International, a past President of the Ukiah Kiwanis Club, and two-time past President of the San Luis Obispo Kiwanis Club. I have served on the board of directors for the American Cancer Society, Koret Family House, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Tri-Counties. I grew up in the South Bay, moved to Northern California, then to San Luis Obispo. For the last nine years, the Antelope Valley has been my home.
